I am dead. I woke up extremely earlier at seven in the morning for Cross Country practice. Before leaving the house I chugged some water (I would say nearing 2 entire water bottles). My father drove me there, but we also took my friend Vanessa to practice! Cross Country is currently in season which means racing occurs almost every Saturday. However, this also means that our training is extremely important, difficult, and our mileage must increase. Little did I know that today was actually a workout day. I hoped everyone prayed for me, because I definitely needed those prayers for today’s run. We did our usual two mile warm-up. Then we did a workout of 0.83 miles three times. After that we did our cooldown which felt long and painful (it was really only just 3 miles).

Breakfast: 2 Scrambled Eggs, (shoutout to my mom for cooking them up), with black beans on the side

Snack: Light & Fit Greek Yogurt with an Oatmeal ZBar

Snack 2: A small bowl of green grapes (definitely the best type of grapes out there)

Shockingly, I decided to take a FAT nap today. Which I hardly do, because then I have some trouble going to bed at night, but today I felt like I really needed the extra sleep. It ended up being 2 hours of solid sleep.
